Great breakfast for the price. Apartment is nice, but could be more cozy (need more decorative detail).

It was nice and clean with plenty of room. Kitchen was decently equipped, there was no small pot available though.
Water kettle was disgusting with water in it and buildup of gunk floating in it.

Breakfast was decent. Location was OK.
The woman, Natalia I think, working on the front desk needs to seriously improve her customer service skills. One of the worst experiences I've had when talking to a member of hotel staff. She obviously doesn't like customers so why is she doing a customer service role?
