Dimora Diamante

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Our room in particular had a stunning view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff were genuinely kind and friendly, always trying to be helpful.

However, despite their kindness, a significant obstacle was the language barrier. The staff did not speak English, which made communication quite difficult. We had to rely on Google Translate for most interactions, which often slowed things down and made even simple requests more complicated than necessary.

We enjoyed our stay at Dimora Diamante. Staff were helpful (easy communication via whatsapp) and self check-in was straightforward. The location is overall great, away from the busy centre. We used the L2 metro line and then walked for a bit less than 15 minutes. The area felt very safe compared to the more sketchy centre, which was important for us as two female travellers. The breakfast was tasty but keep in mind the portions are smaller than the 'usual' continental breakfast (the attached picture is a breakfast for 2 people, based on what we pre-ordered.). We stayed in the 'Pearl Room' and there was no noise coming from the street to our room. Overall, definitely recommended!

Not negative in itself but as breakfast is served from 8am there is noise coming to the room from the kitchen and the eating area, so not ideal for those who want to sleep in. Also, the L2 metro line has few stops and buses were unreliable, so we had to walk a lot to get to a L2 station. You can take another metro line, however, and board L2 from the central 'Garibaldi' station, but I would suggest avoiding walking towards the central station at night, as the atmosphere is not good and the area is full of pickpockets.

It’s a small run rooms in an apartment situation. Located on top of a train station. Nothing good but nothing bad either. It’s clean, safe, run by nice folks. Don’t expect too much, you can skip the breakfast, much better to go out and eat in Napoli!
