The house is very close to Materdei metro The area is very residential,quiet and safe The kitchen is clean and has everything you need The air condition is working great The host is welcoming and helpful Superò and Conad supermarkets are just a few steps from the house. ​Pizzeria Due Re is also close by and stays open until late at night.

The bed makes noise when moving. ​The shower cabin is narrow I would prefer having a few more hangers on the walls.

I only stayed for one night, but I can say that I slept very well and was able to fully relax after a long day of exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the location. It felt authentic and away from the busiest tourist areas, while still being conveniently connected to the main attractions.

One minor inconvenience was that there was no mobile phone coverage inside the premises, and unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the property's Wi-Fi during my stay. As I am not heavily dependent on my phone, this was manageable, and I simply stepped outside when I needed to access mobile data for important messages. The only aspect of my stay that left me uncomfortable was an interaction with a member of staff. From my arrival through to when I reported the internet issue, I found their manner to be impatient and, at times, dismissive. As a result, I chose not to follow up further regarding the Wi-Fi problem, as I did not wish to repeat the experience. Overall, I enjoyed the accommodation itself and especially the location, but I hope that future guests receive a more welcoming and supportive customer service experience.

The location of this property is very convenient, metro station is like 50m away and it is 2 or 3 stops from the most relevant points in Naples. The neighborhood looks authentic, I enjoyed early morning coffee in couple of bars around. The check in and check out went smoothly, it was spotless clean and the mid stay cleaning and change of towels came in very handy. I did not prepare anything, but the kitchen seemed very well equipped, and I suppose the joint kitchen is also very convenient although we haven't used it. The owner was very responsive, and gave several great tips for the nearby restaurants (one of the best pizzas we had in Naples was just 300m away from the apartment), some of which are not touristic at all. I would definitely opt for this accommodation if I visit Naples again.

Well, there is always room for improvement, but all was good, really.

This property is way better than you see from photos. We are a family of 5 and I had to work as well, and eveything is so aligned here. Transportation, Shops, Pizzas, facilities. This place is fabolous. Even if you find small bits of items missing Matteo is handling professionaly, such as a kitchen cloth. During our stay we were offered replacement towels as well.
