We booked the Deluxe Double Room with a balcony, and we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which was amazing, especially during the hot weather. This isn’t a traditional hotel, so it’s more self-service. We collected our key from a lockbox on the third floor and then went to our room on the fourth floor. However, there was still a cleaning service, which was a nice bonus. The host was also very responsive. Whenever we had a question or sent a message, we received a quick reply. There is a shared common area that feels like a living room, along with a large balcony where you can relax and unwind. There’s also a small kitchen with a microwave and a large fridge, which is very convenient if you’d like to prepare your own meals. The location is excellent as well, very central and within easy reach of the main attractions.

The only downside was that the soundproofing could be better, as we could occasionally hear people talking in the hallway. However, the property thoughtfully provides earplugs next to the bed, which was a nice touch.

The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. He made everything very easy for us and was always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated his hospitality and support.

It was clean and the location was very good, just one minute from the metro station.

The fact that the bathroom was external. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which was extra difficult because it was very hot. The bathroom sink didn't work properly. The air conditioner was noisy and annoying, especially at night. You could hear the neighbors because the walls are very thin. There wasn't even a trash can in the room.
