This place is absolutely unique. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need. And with an amazing view from the balcony over Lake Maggiore. Our host Adriano made sure that we didn't lack anything. Another plus is the proximity to the beach and the possibility of renting bicycles at a reasonable price, We sincerely recommend!

Thank you for a perfect weekend in Verbania

For us it was perfectly located, with brilliant view over the lake, to the mountains and over the Borromean Islands, and sun from morning to evening. The apartment is very well equipped, perfectly equipped kitchen, and when wr came end February, very well heated and comfortable. Easy access to the lake, we took the path and sidewalks along the lake all the way to Pallanza and even Intra, good bus connection from just below the house. The area in around Verbania is wonderful, plenty to do and to see, and to enjoy.

An extra fauteuil would be a plus. The walls to the apartment next door are thin and noisy guests could be a problem, for us fortunatel only on one evening.

A good apartment with a great view.

Adriano is a great host, very polite and responsive. The apartment is located in a quiet street parallel to the main road (though the noise from it is audible). The property is very clean and has all necessary amenities. Free parking is convenient and very valuable in a touristic place like Verbania. Above all, the view from the terrace to the lake is simply magnificent!

- No mosquito nets on the windows or the terrace door. This means that you have to keep the window lids closed and the apartment becomes very dark. Nets are really necessary near a lake. - There are several dogs in the properties near the apartment and they often bark. This may not be a problem for you but if you are sensitive to dog barking (as I am) it may become an issue. - The apartment is separated on two levels but there is no true privacy between the two. It is clear from the photos but have it in mind if you want a real separated room.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon über den See und auf die Berge. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Parkmöglichkeit in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Übergabe verlief pünktlich, schnell und reibungslos. Ohne Bedenken zu empfehlen.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub in der schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Check-in und out absolut freundlich und unkompliziert. Kleiner, schöner Strand mit Kiosk zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Aussicht vom Balkon einfach nur traumhaft schön. Gerne wieder👍

Ottima la posizione e fantastico il panorama sul Lago Maggiore. Struttura ampia e ben fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Da qui abbiamo visitato Verbania, Cannobio, Domodossola, Locarno e le Isole Borromee.
