About this house rental
The tastefully newly furnished 3½-room holiday house "Villino Alborella" is nestled in an approximately 3. 600 m² large park on the site of a former weaving mill. The location is sunny and quiet. Distributed on about 100 m�� living space, you will find a living / dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From all rooms (except for the bathrooms) you have direct access to the garden and a beautiful view of the lake. Here you can easily switch off, give yourself to the idleness and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The park with its centuries-old magnolia trees is unique in its kind on Lake Maggiore, and together with azaleas, rhododendrons and mimosa trees, it shows its most beautiful side especially in the spring. Access to the site, however, only the landlord of the house. The lake with the public swimming pool (with its own sandy beach) as well as the public beach with Liegewiese can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, and so a refreshing bath in the morning before the breakfast nothing in the way! Also for the physical well-being is provided, as groceries, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. If you prefer jogging than swimming, the lakeside promenade with its 8 km of length is an excellent route. If you are still longing for the rest of the world, a free WLAN Internet access is available to navigate the Internet. You park your car on the two car parking spaces within the enclosed property, one of which is covered. However, cars that are wider and higher than an Audi A 4 can park in the free public car park 50 meters away. The property was actually larger than appears in pictures. Very pleasant garden overlooking the lake.
Really bad for mosquitos so never got to use it ( no fault of the owner, of course)
Great location near to Suna Beach and pool, few minutes walk to Pallanza. Only about 45 mins (drive) from Orta San Julian which was stunning.
Walking is favourite as the roads around the property are tiny and very difficult to navigate with an SUV.
Communication with owner was poor even from paying the deposit. WiFi codes given to us were wrong and no attempt was made to sort it out. This didn’t leave the best impression with us. We enjoyed our stay .

We had a fantastic time at this little house. It is great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus the outdoor area is sensational. The kitchen is lacking in a few appliances like a can opener and the division of rubbish is a bit to get your head around but otherwise a fantastic house.
