Exceptional

Large rooms and lots of windows to view the lake. Sat on balcony for breakfast. Short walk to the ferry. After traveling 25 days the clothes washer was a welcome amenitie. We enjoyed practicing Italian with Paola. She practiced her English. Would definitely return.

I don’t know if I’m being too harsh with my criticisms. The apartment was nice and clean

Location was good. Suna is lovely. Great beach, lido and lovely cocktail bar close. Hosts also lovely! If you speak Italian and German there’s over 3000+ TV channels. Just the 3 for English speakers though.

€20 for a bed sheet, and two pillow cases? Really?€10 per person, but we’re sharing one bed. Makes little sense. Towels being so expensive also huge down side. Kitchen utensils were pretty useless. Scissors didn’t work at all. Any chance of a kettle? No toilet roll provided, or anything for the washing machine. Maybe I’m being a little harsh, but they’re the little things that make a difference. The iron also doesn’t work. The plug doesn’t actually fit the plug holes weirdly. And as we were there for a wedding. That was not ideal. The neighbours are very noisy. But that’s not the hosts fault, but just a heads up.

A nice location close to the beach

The location near to the beach and with a beautiful view on the lake from the balcony was the best thing about this apartment. Also, Paola was a very joyful and kind host.

The extra sum we had to pay for the towels and bed linen was quite expensive for a family of four (80 € in total), quite exceptional that these are not included in the rent.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment was directly by the lake and the views were very beautiful ! The apartments location is very nice with a beach on the left side (Suna Beach), nice restaurants and an ice cream place on the right side (all maximum 3-4 minutes by foot). The apartment is clean and has enough space for 4 people.

The arrival and departure could be more flexible. During holidays we wanted to have that flexibility but we had to be there at a specific time without any delay. The departure also was obligatory at 10 am without a possibility to leave our luggages somewhere or our car in the parking to enjoy the rest of the day. The last thing missing was that there was not any bottle of water, or shampoo or shower gel on our arrival. Overall, I don't regret staying here and I definitely recommend ! :)

Exceptional

The local beach is literally right across the street. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance. You can hear some of the street noise until midnight but nothing major and with the windows closed no problem. We loved it!

Sehr schöner und empfehlenswerter Urlaub in Verbania :-))

Direkte Lage am See - perfekt, mehrere Restaurants und Eisdiele in der Nähe, Garage kann optional gebucht werden.

Schön wäre noch ein WLAN in der Unterkunft.
