The villa is located 250 meters from the beach of Suna della Beata Giovannina where you can find a pizzeria / restaurant, aperitif bar with live music in the evening, beach and inflatable games in the lake during the summer.
The entrance to the villa is convenient and is directly from the state road SS34.
The entrance gate is automated, guests will be provided with a remote control to enter and exit freely. The rear pedestrian entrance on Via Buon Rimedio allows you to reach the town of Suna comfortably on foot in less than 10 minutes, where you can find bars, ice cream shops, bakery, pharmacy, swimming pools and lido. The Esselunga, Lidl, Eurospin supermarkets are located about 2 km away.

Upon arrival, documents will be requested from all guests and the payment in cash of the tourist tax of €1 per person per night (free up to 6 years) will be required as approved by the municipality of Verbania.
