Wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr nette Vermieter

Das kleine Ferienhaus steht auf einem sehr großen Grundstück in Suna (Verbania) mit einen phantastischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar Anna und Aldo sind super freundlich und wohnen etwas oberhalb des Ferienhauses. Wir und unser kleiner Hund haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und war für unsere Bedürfnisse in Ordnung. Pluspunkte: Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, eigene Garage und die überwältigende Aussicht auf den Lago. Zufahrt ist direkt von der SS34 aus möglich und auch mit größeren Fahrzeugen kein Problem. In Verbania gibt es eine große Anzahl an Supermärkten und Geschäften, somit ist der Einkauf des täglichen Bedarf ohne große Fahrerei schnell erledigt. Von Suna in Richtung Intra gibt es auch einen sehr schönen Radweg, ohne das man die SS34 benutzen muss. Eine kleine Bucht mit Kiesstrand zum Baden ist rund 250 m entfernt. Generell ist die gesamte Region sehr hundefreundlich. Auch Restaurantbesuche stellen mit dem Vierbeiner in 95% aller Fälle kein Problem dar.

Jetzt kommt jammern auf hohem Niveau :-) die Möbelierung ist etwas zusammengewürfelt. Das ist kein Nachteil was die Funktionalität betrifft, dass könnte man aber für kleines Geld etwas besser machen. Dann würde auch das Innere des schönen Hauses, dem Äußeren entsprechen. Das ist aber unsere rein subjektive Empfindung. Hinweis: auch Mitte September hatten wir mit einer waren Stechmückenplage zu kämpfen. Unsere Empfehlung: beim Aufenthalt im Freien immer großzügig Mückenschutz auftragen! Das war aber überall am Lago Maggiore das gleiche Problem und steht nicht in Verbindung mit dem Haus und Grundstück.

Ein hervorragender Platz , um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villetta Primavera war hervorragend. Die Gastgeber Anna und Aldo sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Herausragende an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick auf den See - hier konnte ich sehr schöne Stunden genießen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist gemütlich, es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und es ist alles in einem guten Zustand. Sicherlich hört man nachts die Strasse und die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist schon ein ganz kleines Abenteuer, aber immerhin steht einem eine geräumige Garage zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls gut. Zum Strand in Sunna und zu den Restaurants in Pallanza braucht man zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten, zum Einkaufen fährt man mit dem Auto maximal 3 Minuten, zum Bahnhof von Verbania sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Alles in allem - ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte meiner Meinung nach ein klein wenig ergänzt werden (Sieb, Besteck).

Tivemos apenas um problema no aquecedor do ambiente, mas conseguimos ativar, no geral tudo muito bom, recomendo!

Todo! Imaginad un chalet con jardín para vosotros.solos con las.mejores vistas al lago con solo.abrir una.ventanna. Los dueños, Aldo y Ana, amabilimos nos recibieron con champán. En la casa no falta absolutamente de nada, y la ubicación te permite hacer toda clase de salidas. Muy cerca de Milán, de.Como, de Verona... Un paraíso.
