Zero Zhang, Sinnie Lv, Solomon, Van Guo, Evan Guan, all offered exceptional service. Very caring. The lounge was awesome. Good food, good service.

Property was in a nice location with a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bathroom was quite nice. Breakfast was pretty good with a fair selection of food.

How nice the ladies in the breakfast area were.
Had a cockroach in the bath in the morning! I came significantly later than what I was supposed to arrive due to flight cancellation. Apparently I got an upgrade, but instead i had a cockroach on the next morning flying in the bathroom! Room however was clean, although some furniture had some water bubbling, and were a bit used. Staff at the entrance were on their phone most of the time. And when I say I dont want to have my bag carried, means I dont want my bag carried. No need for almost forceful take of the bag! Annoying as hell!
