The hotel was very clean and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, who were absolutely lovely, always smiling and kind. Their warmth made my stay even more enjoyable!

Very nice hotel with very, very comfortable bed. Bathroom with both bathtube and shower. Big breakfast with both Asian and Western choice. There is also a Starbucks very close to the hotel (walking distance without going out).

I asked for the invoice and the hotel told me that only Booking can give the invoice while the price is so good that they (hotel) do not even see it. But Booking says the invoice is only available from the hotel. So, I am left without the invoice. Update: I contacted the hotel via Booking after coming back and they gave me the e-mail address to contact somebody else and finally... I got the invoice. So, problem solved.

Location, luxurious beds and sheets, prompt staff action/response.

How nice the ladies in the breakfast area were.

Had a cockroach in the bath in the morning! I came significantly later than what I was supposed to arrive due to flight cancellation. Apparently I got an upgrade, but instead i had a cockroach on the next morning flying in the bathroom! Room however was clean, although some furniture had some water bubbling, and were a bit used. Staff at the entrance were on their phone most of the time. And when I say I dont want to have my bag carried, means I dont want my bag carried. No need for almost forceful take of the bag! Annoying as hell!
