    If you are travelling with toddler, give this a pass. The room is spacious but too many sharp edges, which in fact, my 2yo got a hit on her head into the marble wall. The breakfast at Social is aweful (see photos). Same menu during my 3-day stay. The options are very limited. Their high chair is dirty. Pastry tasted “overnight”, undercooked scrambled egg, dried hashbrown, tasteless green bean soup.

    Really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staffs were friendly too. The location is great not too far from the city center, it’s convenient to get around and find food or things to do. Overall, great place to stay and definitely recommended

    We stayed 5 nights at St Regis in Shanghai. First night, our room’s lights couldn’t turn off. Electrician came to fix them and told us not to turn them on again or else we can’t turn them off and he would need to come fix it again… Second day they finally fixed the lights. Sauna didn’t work in men’s locker room ton our first day of stay. On the second day sauna in women’s spa didn’t work… On our fourth day they forgot to come clean our room… We had quite a lot of inconveniences happen to us in a span of a few days. I would expect a little bit more from a hotel like this.
