Great location in Shanghai. Great room size, big beds. Staff especially Frankie and Joey were excellent. Really helpful with recommendations making us feel welcome. Great choice at breakfast.
Nothing.

The room was spacious and had a super king size bed, very comfortable and love all the interior decor . The staff were all very friendly and professional. The pastries were amazing,
The bed is slightly too soft for my liking - but I usually like slightly hard beds.

My mum, sisters and I stayed at the St Regis Jingan for our first visit ever to Shanghai.
Our experience at St Regis was wonderful from the moment we arrived to Shanghai to the moment we left.
The hotel concierge had organised a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. When we stepped off the plane, we were immediately greeted and assisted through customs and baggage claim. The drive over was easy and luxurious, just what was needed after a long flight.
The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful at St Regis. They were always there for any questions or need we had, and were very warm when assisting us.
The breakfast was fresh, clean, well organised and delicious.
The location of the hotel was walking distance from nearby shopping and local restaurants, and just a short drive to popular areas such as The Bund, Anfu Road, Yiyuan Temple etc.
The rooms were extremely clean and well kept on a daily basis. They were spacious and very comfortable for resting and sleeping.
A special mention to Mr Peng for his kindness and happiness every day when we would leave and return to the hotel. And Frankie for his excellent problem solving skills in navigating transportation when leaving the hotel to Beijing.
Overall, a perfect stay. We will certainly return to St Regis Jingan in future when visiting Shanghai again.

Overall nice and clean
Staff quality, room maintenance (looked dated, some things don’t work, drawers don’t close completely 🤦🏻♀️), evening service was not consistent (some days are good other days I got none)
