The hotel is in a lively central area, very near a large mall and a metro stop. The metro stop made it easy to visit most of the main attractions in Shanghai. The hotel itself is a splendid building, with marble floors and mahogany paneling in the rooms and along the corridors. The room was great and very well equipped.
The staff is very polite and professional and willing to help. The breakfast offers a variety of foods to choose from, both oriental and western. I would gladly stay here again!

Nice hotel located in a buzzing area but quiet. Family room is big.
Heavy traffic, both vehicles and human, in the evenings and over weekends.
