It was a beautiful multi level apartment. Very comfortable

The owner Alfonso was generous, welcoming, responsive, accommodating. He met us on arrival. He communicated clearly. He showed us round the house. He left us some food and drink to greet us. The house is well equipped for families. It's in a charming old building. Photos are accurate. Location excellent. Easily accessible.

None of my family (of four) had any complaints at all.

Quiet, gorgeous apartment in the perfect position in Castello. Easy to get anywhere from here and not within the highly touristed areas... There was plenty of room for 3, in fact we didn't use the third level at all. Super clean, very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well for late June. The washing machine was much appreciated. Alfonso was very helpful throughout. He met us at the Arsenale water bus station even after our train plans changed due to a nationwide train strike on the day we arrived. His recommendations for restaurants were perfect. We would definitely stay again.

That we had to leave... there was nothing we disliked.

Location was great, near the hustle and bustle of Venice but far enough away from it at the same time. The house was very clean and we were met by our host upon arrival.

Nothing, enjoyed our stay.
