Optimale Lage
Hatte bei der Buchung angegeben, dass wir 2 Schlafzimmer wollen . Es wurde uns aber die Couch im Wohnraum als zweites Bett gemacht..

Appartement bien situé, à environ 20' à pied de la Place Saint Marc, et 10' du ponton d'arrêt des vaporettos et ligne bleue (ligne pour l'aéroport), proche de la rue Garibaldi, donc proche de plusieurs restaurants, boulangeries et supérettes, ce qui est très pratique.
La douche n'est pas entièrement fermée. Il faut donc éponger après chaque douche, ce qui n'est ni pratique ni glamour.

La struttura è accogliente, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è davvero eccezionale, comoda per visitare Venezia e allo stesso tempo piacevole per vivere la città. Ho apprezzato il pavimento in legno, il bagno ampio e la buona dotazione dell’appartamento. Nel complesso è una sistemazione che consiglierei sicuramente.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Ho notato della polvere tra le travi e dietro il letto, oltre a qualche macchia in alcuni punti. Nulla di grave, ma considerando il costo del soggiorno e i prezzi generalmente elevati di Venezia, mi sarei aspettata una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli.

We were two families and rented both apartments. The location is quite central and convenient for commuting.
We were two families of four and rented both apartments. While the top-floor apartment was a decent size, the one on the second floor was very small. Additionally, the shower room definitely needs refurbishment—it's quite old, and honestly, in such a limited space, the presence of a bidet feels unnecessary.
