Parfait pour une famille de 4 avec 2 ados. On y est resté une semaine. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables. On a adoré ce quartier où les vénitiens vont faire leurs emplettes matinales. L’appart est à 3 min à pied d’une supérette et il est équipé d’une machine à café et d’un grill à panini ! La rue est très calme. La vue en sortant est magnifique avec le linge qui sèche en hauteur et la mer/lagune au bout de la ruelle. L’arrêt du vaporetto giardini est tout proche. Sinon on peut rejoindre la place saint Marc a pied en 20 min et LA VUE du quai est incroyable pour les couchers de soleil !!!!!!Très bien situé pour faire à pied les 2 sites de la biennale.
