Appartamento molto carino e fornito di tutto, in Linea con la descrizione del sito. L’agenzia immobiliare ha effettuato il check in nel giorno di festa ad un costo supplementare (ci avevano avvisato prima). La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, vicino a S. Marco (20 min a piedi) e alla Biennale.

Bisognerebbe fornire il giorno stesso alle persone che pernottano nell’appartamento il QR code che viene fornito dal comune all’agenzia immobiliare una volta che vengono registrate le persone per la tassa di soggiorno. I vigili chiedono il QR code e non basta solo la ricevuta (un foglio) che lascia l’agenzia una volta fatto il check in.

Фото квартири відповідає дійсності, лише мені здається диван новий стоїть на кухні-вітальні. Квартира простора, рушники, постільна білизна чисті. Матрас на ліжку нормальний, я спала добре, але мій чоловік протилежної думки. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Посуд, все на кухні чисте. Ванна кімната на мою думку чиста, гаряча вода є постійно, фен працює. Сама квартира трохи темнувата, бо вікна виходять у вузький провулок, але нам це не заважало. Поли в квартирі холодні, тому у жарку погоду людям це має сподобатись, але якщо ви любите тепло, то рекомендую взяти з собою капці.

Підлога в квартирі була брудна, її видно що мили, нічого ніде не валялось, але пройшовшись своїми білими шкарпетками, це помітно. І це дуже дивно, зважаючи на те що все інше в квартирі було явно чисте. Добре, якщо навіть зняти білі шкарпетки і ходити босоніж, то з'являється жахливе відчуття бруду. Як же після душу йти у ліжко, якщо ноги стануть брудними?.. Зазвичай я беру тапочки з собою, але цього разу не взяла, так як відгуки про чистоту мене влаштували. Тому рекомендація всім брати з собою капці. А рекомендація до помешкання прибирати підлогу краще.

The Castello neighborhood has a park and a vaporetto (city water ferry) within a 6 minute walk. It is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna, the only water ferry that takes you to the airport (71 minute ride). You can take the nearby vaporetto (Giardini/Biennale stop) to/from the train station, and most other places you want to go. There are no cars in Venice, so once you figure out how to use the vaporetto, it's really a fun way to get around. Or you can walk about 20 minutes to San Marco. There are lots of restaurants in Castello and a few grocery stores, and it's more residential, less touristy than the San Marco area. The apartment is down a narrow pedestrian alley, away from the businesses on the wide, attractive pedestrian street (Via Guiseppe Garibaldi), up a flight of stairs. The apartment was clean, with terrazzo and tile floors, and the queen size bed was firm, as I like it, and I slept like a rock. The washing machine was very handy, and Noemi, the property manager, provided a drying rack when I told her the dryer didn't seem to be doing its job. Drying racks are the norm in European apartments, so I was happy with that solution. Noemi was also extremely helpful on the weekend, when I had trouble getting into the building. She called a nearby friend, who came to my rescue. As a grey-haired single woman, I had no concerns about walking around at night, although as usual, you need to look self assured, don't be looking at your phone (I used ear buds when using Google Maps or listening to a Rick Steves audio tour), and keep your phone and wallet where pick pockets can't reach them, and be extra alert when getting jostled by the crowds on the vaporetto or at the Bridge of Sighs and San Marco photo opps. I would be happy to stay here again.

I was surprised that no coffee, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry soap, bath soap and shampoo were provided, but at the very reasonable cost of this place (by Venice standards), that's not a big deal. Sometimes pedestrians and workers in the pedestrian alley talk loudly and slam equipment around, but I just closed the windows and shutters in the bedroom and only left a window open in the kitchen. This provided plenty of cool, fresh air and kept the occasional noise down.

Hay que acondicionar mejor el comedor y el aire acondicionado para el verano. Hacía mucho calor en Venecia y el sol da al comedor muchas horas, hace mucho calor ahí. En el comedor hay un sofá cama, el ventilador de techo del comedor hacía mucho ruido y por eso no lo poníamos de noche. Hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en el pasillo pero solo refresca el pasillo, debería refrescar el comedor y además, ajustar el ventilador de techo para que no haga tanto ruido.
