Great location, spacious and clean rooms, incredibly welcoming hosts!

The host family at Jose e Maria are the most welcoming hosts we have ever experienced. They were friendly, chatty, kind and generous, and made us feel extremely welcome and at home. The room was bright and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe and bathroom space as well. The breakfast was an incredible selection of different options and for 2 people, the portions were very generous. The location of the hotel was spot on as well, being only a short walk into the historic centre. All in all, our stay was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend to others!

Great choice for a stay in Paraty that has a local feel!

Very friendly family-owner poussada - while they didn’t speak English, we managed to communicate. The room was clean and comfortable, there was air conditioning, shampoo and conditioner, the breakfast was tasty, the location was excellent - and when I left late, they even let me store my bags in the room all afternoon which was so kind. Great spot!

The only downside is the walls are very thin, but I didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and am a light sleeper.

The place was decent and clean and the staff qas exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was A+.

The B&B was located in an unpaved alleyway. The gate on the road doesn't give direct access to the hotel but to the alley. There were bo lights at night

Gentileza do Marcos que possibilitou que entrassemos mais cedo na pousada. O café da manhã é muito bom, feito com muito carinho pela Placidia. Limpeza do quarto excelente! O ar condicionado tipo split, funciona muito bem e é bastante silencioso! O armário é bom tb para colocar os pertences! Localização é excepcional, pertissimo do centro histórico e da avenida principal, perto dos restaurantes e da rodoviária.

A ducha do banheiro é nova, mas a pressão é um pouco fraca. A pousada fica numa vila com uma passagem estreita, minha sugestão é pintar a entrada de forma que melhore sua aparência inicial, especialmente pra quem chega à noite.

Desagradable a la vista, y personalmente daba miedo quedarse en el lugar.

No estuvimos alojadas porque el sr. canceló la reserva. Quería que le paguemos de nuevo porque habíamos abonado todo en diciembre y no eran los precios de enero. Decía que lo que habíamos abonado era una prereserva.

Cuando llegamos a paraty, el ingreso a la posada es un pasaje de mala muerte y sucio. Y a la derecha está el ingreso que no se destaca de las otros inmuebles. Es como entrar a un pasaje de la muerte. El personal no sirve y muy engañoso poco fiable para un huésped. Daba miedo desde abajo.

É muito perto do centro histórico, a localização é muito boa e os quartos são muito organizado e limpos. O estacionamento fica a menos de 02 minutos da pousada e todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e nos atenderam super bem! Com certeza vou voltar e ficar por lá mesmo! O café da manhã é perfeito também!

Excelente custo-benefício. A pousada fica basicamente no Centro, perto de tudo. Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado e frigobar que estavam funcionando plenamente. No quarto também tem tv com vários canais, camas confortáveis. Quando conclui a reserva, já me enviaram o whatsapp do pessoal que cuida pousada para falar direto com eles caso tivesse alguma dúvida. Eu cheguei em Paraty por volta das 06:30 da manhã e pude deixar as malas no local até dar o horário do check-in. Quando fomos, havia alguns quartos vazios que estavam esperando a conclusão da limpeza, então a pessoa que estava na pousada (não lembro o nome dela) disse que poderíamos tomar banho, o que foi de GRANDE ajuda. Vi algumas reclamações sobre o café ser simples, mas discordo, café padrão de pousada, pão, frutas, manteiga/requeijão, ovo, café, suco, pão de queijo, tudo estava muito bom, gostei muito, Equipe muito cordial e solicita todo o tempo. Eles oferecem passeios também, não utilizei, mas eles tem contatos com o pessoal dos barcos e tours.

As suítes ficam em uma vila com diversas casas. Quarto com cheiro de mofo e sem ventilação, não dava pra abrir a janela porque era de frente pro beco. Janela do banheiro dava pra um corredor fechado. Dava pra ouvir todo barulho de fora e dos outros quartos.

O que mais gostei foi do carinho com que fomos recebidos pelos proprietários. A pousada é simples, mas cheia de dedicação. O café da manhã nos surpreendeu pelo cuidado e atenção, sem dúvida o ponto alto da hospedagem.

O ponto negativo foi um vazamento na privada, que deixava água acumulada no chão do banheiro.

Um pouso simples e familiar na bela Paraty!

A localização , o café da manhã, o estacionamento e o atendimento pessoal são ótimos.

O espaço do quarto e banheiro é pequeno e tem a circulação de ar ruim, a janela do banheiro dá para um corredor , de acesso a outros quartos e a janela do quarto dá para a passagem da viela, plenamente devassado, o q obriga a estar sempre fechada. A conferir o layout dos quartos no piso superior.

Trata-se de uma casa bem simples, em uma vila, adaptada para ser uma pousada. Tem uma escada inclinada para o acesso aos quartos. O tratamento eh muito bom e a limpeza tambem e o conforto, embora simples. Funciona.
