The room was great - a very comfortable bed in a clean apartment! Super clean bathroom with shelf space and a double sink for managing couples. A large armoire for your hanging clothes with a fan inside. Bonus mini fridge! Communication was excellent! Bob replied promptly to every message, proving accurate & helpful information. I would stay here again!
***NOTE: It WASN'T a problem for us (mid 60's & fit), but like MOST old European cities where you have walk-up rooms on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans), the stairs were seriously steep. We walked those steps like 5 or 6 times while in Bruges and we were fine. Just take your time, face the stairs, and go slowly & carefully. When we arrived & left I had on a full-sized backpack, a day pack, and also carried my lovely wife's roller case and I managed fine!

Really quiet and authentic neighbourhood. Clean room, 5-10 min walk into the centre. I got to check in early which helped as extremely hot. Met ‘Bob’ who was very helpful and recommended the walking tour.
