Bob has done a great job creating a cozy space with a good size room and comfortable large bathroom. There is a TV with access to Netflix, a coffee maker, 2 complimentary water bottles in a small fridge, very nice smelling shampoo and shower gel. Bob is very nice and helpful.
You have to climb two stories on an extremely narrow staircase. This is fine if you are young and do not carry too much luggage. I don't know if this is mentioned or if I missed it. We arrived during an unprecedented heat wave. This in no means is the fault of the host. On the contrary he supplied two fans to help us during our stay, but the room was extremely hot during two days.

Everything! I would give it an 11/10 if I could!! Beautiful property, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blanket available. Spacious bathroom with great smelling toiletries. Premium towels. Kleenex in each night table. Great selection of tea and coffee. Complimentary water bottles in fridge. Kind and gracious host.
