Pillow to high, lose floor tiles near bathroom area, front door hard to open because lose tiles again.

I was pleasantly surprised on the fact that the room and bathroom was very clean, self check in was super easy and the location very convenient. 20 min walk from Duomo. We did not have any interaction with the staff, every day there was cleaning service and fresh towels.
As our room was located on side walk level, it was noisy. You can hear people walking/talking passing by as and other guest from their rooms.

Amazing location close to center, 10 minutes with 61 bus, also two nice coffee places near the hotel. Check in was easy, and stuff very welcome and during the stay we communicate via email which is nice for me. Even if it is the first floor we didn’t heard any noise. We definitely recommend it for a city break in Milano.

It was a good location.
The room was smelling damp, tiles on the floor it was like broken making noises when walking in. If fix this things would make the room looks better
