I am so happy I booked this room! It was very clean, great breakfast (they ask what you want and deliver into the room!). We didn`t realize but there was a market that morning on the street and made our visit more interesting. The hotel is located 15 min away from Linate airport by metro and 5-10 min metro ride to the center. Very convenient! We were very thankful that the room was ready early and then they stored our bags the next morning, so we could explore. I would definitely stay there again!

Great spot for a overnight stay before the airport. In a quiet neighbourhood, located on the first floor with lift, but still in walking distance to Duomo and attractions. Room was tidy and clean, and host was very accommodating and left us breakfast in the room as we were flying out in the early morning.

We like the size of the room. It was clean. We were very lucky the manager replied to our call at 10 pm on Saturday evening when we relialised our key is not working. On the day of arrival we were sent messages via WhatsApp to check our arrival time, then a warning that the receptionist is available only until 5pm.
The reception was not available 24 hours therefore we had to check in before 5pm, not ideal if you have other plans. In our case we were exploring nearby town. It would have been much better if some coffee capsules were left for us on arrival as well on the day we missed the breakfast due to early excursion if not the some other items like fruit etc. We didn't like that our room was accessible only through the kitchen. The only morning we could have slept we were woken up by the noise from the kitchen. One evening at 10 pm we arrived our key wasn't working, there was no 24 hours reception. It was so stressful. But the Manager guided us how to sort it out via video call and we managed to sort it out. We could have done without this stressful situation. We ordered the taxi through the reception, the taxi driver has charged us 15 euros for the reservation only plus fee of the trip. I wish I was explained these rules by the receptionist at the time of booking. The breakfast we have ordered had some items missing but it was later rectified.
