Unforgettable experience. The views are breath taking and the castle nostalgia is worth the stay.
Lazy people will say the walk to the hotel but I loved every minute of it.

It’s a beautiful experience to stay at the castle and soak in the island views and historical site. Great breakfast and terrace seating. The private garden was beautiful and being able to walk to see the castle at night, look out points was magical.
A little difficult to navigate getting to the hotel, as expected for the castle stay. Would not be suitable for kids or adults with mobility issues but a great stay solo or as a couple of people.
