Very friendly staff. Breakfast much better than expected (nothing extraordinary but not just the average Italian coffee & sweet bread but also other bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, various juices, yoghurt and musli). We were also upgraded to a larger room than booked - highly appreciated! Hotel is just a ten minutes walk from the ferry.
The terme part was ok but nothing special. Never figured out how to get the sauna hot but that's more my fault than anything else.

This hotel and staff were so generous in their warmth and hospitality. Excellent breakfast which was prepared by a very kind and accommodating chef. Room service was wonderful. The front desk people were exceptional. The spa and therme baths second to none. Incredible bedding slept like a baby. Immaculate cleaning staff.

Room staff & facilities were brilliant and a fantastic location just off the main street. Easy walk to everything & supermarket close by. The pool is fabulous however my massage was poor quality and masseuse rude, when she was finished she just left the room without telling me it was over and was very dismissive of me when I had to wrapped myself in a towel and go to reception to say I had another 30 minutes as it was booked for 2 people but my room mate decided she didn't want one but the masseuse said I could not have her time slot even though I explained this at the beginning, she waited till the end of my 30 minutes then just left the room. RUDE!
Our room faced the entertainment area so there was loud music EVERY night till midnight. I wish we had of changed rooms.
