Loved everything about the hotel. Wonderful location, amazing pool, beautifully kept gardens, great facilities and really helpful and friendly staff.

Location excellent; management excellent; amenities, including outdoor swimming pools excellent; room clean and includes wifi; food mainly carbohydrates, however, as I eat gluten free as well as don't eat red meat, rabbit, pork - they were able to accommodate this - thank you. Breakfast is mainly carbohydrates apart from eggs, more fresh fruit would be appreciated. Was an economical price which was appreciated.

The staff was the best! So friendly, helpful and professional, all of them! The cleaning staff tidied our room every day, fresh towels upon demand. Good food in the restaurant, and the reception staff were so nice to us! You get to order a fresh cappuccino or coffee/tea upon taste every morning during breakfast, the Italian coffee is wonderful!
The room was a bit small, no balcony. The walls were thin, but this was no problem since nearly all the guests showed respect for the quiet time in the evening. We missed a wider variety of bread during breakfast.

Loved the pool! Location was good. 10-15 min walk in either direction to port or pointe
Towels were dry and hard. Sheets were stiff and NO blanket or comforter. Pillows hard. Walls are thin, can hear everything going on outside the room. Room was way smaller than in pictures. No where to put luggage, had to put on floor and hop around it. Hotel needs to maximize small rooms by eliminating useless furniture. Breakfast wasn’t great. Waited forever to be acknowledged. No options to chose from they bring over half filled glass of juice, plain yogurt, deli meats, and the only thing good which was a fresh croissant. Hotel says there is a shuttle service, but there isn’t. They just call a taxi which costs 30 euro for a 5 min ride to the Porto.
