The thermal spas and garden were gorgeous

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from our patio and thermal pool. Nice selection at breakfast and good coffee.
Room was a little bit basic. A bit of a walk from the port area, but you can catch a bus if needed.

The hotel is nicely situated only a short walk from the main restaurants and shops. The ferry port is approx 20 mins walk or a short ride in a taxi, which for a short distance the cost of local taxi was 20 euro. There is a historical monument and beach area also within a short walking distance.
The hotel was over rated and amenities look tired. The room was large although the room was in need of refurbishment as was much of the hotel including grounds, pool and restaurant. Whilst I do not go on holiday to watch TV the channels were limited with only 1 English Channel found as to the 3 suggested by the receptionist. No facilities for making a hot drink and a minbar that was overpriced.
