posizione meravigliosa, come volevamo sul porto e la bella vista dalla camera , personale servizievoli, piacevoli, il prezzo ottimo, un posto con tutti i servizi intorno e gli stabilimenti termali, ristoranti ecc., mancherebbe solo il parcheggio, ma noi per fortuna avevamo il permesso invalidi. c'è tutto wifi, animali ammessi, una piccola cucina e camera spaziosa

Vista sul magnifico porto di Ischia, posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro.
L’organizzazione lascia a desiderare. Il personale è stato poco attento: se non avessi chiamato io per chiedere il codice per entrare, saremmo rimasti fuori dalla struttura.
Inoltre, la gestione della tassa di soggiorno è stata poco trasparente: una signora si è presentata alla porta per riscuoterla chiedendo 3€, quando ovunque – sia sulle camere che su Booking – è indicato chiaramente l’importo di 2€. Non ci è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta o fattura, il che non è accettabile.
Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata negativa e non la consiglierei, almeno fino a un miglioramento della gestione e della comunicazione con i clienti.
