Lovely welcome and beautifully designed hotel with sea access and views. Very helpful reception staff.
There were a few tiny things, but not worth mentioning.

Staff, waterfront beach, service, beachfront food service, convenient location for ferries.
The approach on the street did not match the hotel itself. Coming down a dirty street with old construction material piled up did not give an inviting sage feeling.

Everything was excellent from front desk to cleaning staff. Room was cleaned twice a day fresh towels each time bed was very comfortable and a/c was very effective

The hotel is beautiful
The staff could have more willingness. Not up to other hotel hospitality.
