The moment you walk into the shady garden, you are transported into another world of escape and relaxation. This property is not new, but it is comfortable and relaxed. The thermal pool and surroundings are an oasis. Lunch by the pool, or in the rooftop restaurant. Perfect. There are quiet sitting areas, which are available to read, play games or chat with friends. The staff were amazing. They took time to inform guests, and were most helpful. This hotel located close to the main port, and transport, made it easy to find a restaurant or just wander the quaint streets and beaches.
At the price point this hotel is a gem, but don't expect everything to be new. It is comfortable.

Great location, staff were great. The young lady who looked after booking our tours was extremely helpful and all of her recommendations were excellent. All the team were very helpful and were able to extend our stay for an additional couple of days at short notice.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Fabulous hotel, set in the Ischia porto centre. Beautiful gardens, rooftop restaurant with amazing views, italian style decor that reminded me of some kind of movie. Room was spacious and comfortable, good breakfast. You also get free beds and umbrellas on the beach (about 10 mins walk from the hotel), can use the thermal spa facilities (at another hotel). Ladies at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would return without a doubt!
Mosquitos in the room… however, electric repellents were provided.

The location is perfect
The breakfast is very poor and the same every morning. The stuff is wry stressed and running around. If your lucky you’ll get an espresso before your breakfast is finished
The WiFi is terrible. No connection in the rooms. They say that there is in the public area but it doesn’t work either. You need to use your own mobile data.
