The location is perfect
a bit too noisy during the night

I loved the location of the property.
The bathroom is shared between quite a few rooms so sometimes you need to wait to use the toilet. But saying that, it also wasn’t as much of a problem as I first thought eg to be able to shower in morning.

Mattress was a bit on the hard side, but i think it was not that bad to be honest. The pillow was good. Room was neat, bathrooms were clean, room had a television which was super nice. The place is in a street with some pubs so it can be really noisy at night, i guess especially in weekends, but it is easy to pass out after a long day in madrid.
I had a issue with the app on my phone to gain entrance into the building, but luckily my girlfriend could manage it.
I didnt reach out, but I guess the staff would help, since we already had contact with them on the phone before and they seemed genuine.

The bed was comfortable.
Having to use bluetooth to open three doors made me uncomfortable, as the first night it took a bit for bluetooth to work. The location of the place was right next to a pumping disco and the street noise was quite loud. The room did not have a little fridge to store food or medicine. And when I plugged in my adaptor and charger, there was a spark and smoke and my charger was fried.
