I loved the location of the property.
The bathroom is shared between quite a few rooms so sometimes you need to wait to use the toilet. But saying that, it also wasn’t as much of a problem as I first thought eg to be able to shower in morning.

Mattress was a bit on the hard side, but i think it was not that bad to be honest. The pillow was good. Room was neat, bathrooms were clean, room had a television which was super nice. The place is in a street with some pubs so it can be really noisy at night, i guess especially in weekends, but it is easy to pass out after a long day in madrid.
I had a issue with the app on my phone to gain entrance into the building, but luckily my girlfriend could manage it. I didnt reach out, but I guess the staff would help, since we already had contact with them on the phone before and they seemed genuine.
