Staff members are so polite and kind. Air conditioner is good
Cleaning is only before 13:00, so if you sleep more after night, you will skip the cleaning

The receptionist was very friendly and nice, the room was clean, bright and the bathroom renovated with ventilation. I would recommend. There was an issue with hot water and they responded immediately, fixed it in less than 5min.
Small room, and thin walls, you hear the other guests. It was a bit expensive but follows the whole market trends for Madrid I guess. The elevator was not working.
