It is a small apartment where you have your room and you share 2 bathrooms and kitchen. I think it's a nice one if you come for 2-3 days to explore Madrid and you eat outside. It's convenient because its near the center and you can reach metro pretty good. Also it was clean and on the quiet side of the street.
Small, and that it was quite expensive for what it offered, but understandable since it is in the city.
