    We stayed here for 3D2N, and we were able to have an early check-in. Staff are great, speaks English well. Room is quite spacious and clean. The hotel promotes sustainability. Overall it was a nice experience for the price. Location is okay, we were able to walk from our hotel to plaza mayor, grand via, royal palace.

    If you are looking for an easy hotel with a great location this one is it. Bus station and Metro Station directly next to the hotel. You can reach the city center (Puerta del Sol) in 25 by foot or bus/metro 18min more or less. El Rasteo Market 5min by foot. El Retiro Park or Museum Prado 20min by bus. Bed is comfortable. One downside: rooms have thin walls. You can here the other guest in the room next to it or in the hallway. Other than that friendly staff and price is ok.

    Indeed very good location to explore Madrid city center on foot. It is some 15 min from Plaza Mayor and next to Metro Station. To airport it is a bit tricky, basically, we used Metro, but with large luggage do not recommend as have to change twice, it is 1h ride and some 5€. Taxi is 35-40€. We were not lucky as good room at 1st floor near stairs and above entrance. While noise from street was not disturbing and overall neighbourhood is good, internal hotel sounds and almost paper walls to corifor was not nice. But our main dissapointment was twin beds instead of queen size bed what we booked for. Breakfast was fine, 2-3 nights ok. Dining room staff seemed tired and not much interested in clients, reception kind but not engaging ;)

    Standard 3 stars hotel, overall was ok. Limited breakfast choices, scramble eggs taste no good.
