Beautiful spot with lovely beach

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the beach was great. It was lovely to have a balcony with a view of the sea. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. I would definitively stay again.

Superb

A very chilled place. The staff almost looks out of place but it is in fact a good thing. Helpful, kind and relaxed. There was a 'stage de musique' from Paris. Nice kids who made the time in the pool very friendly and the hotel community friendly. The shower was great and the room clean enough. I didn't have any meals in the restaurant so I won't be able to comment on this.

The bar needs to be renovated, livelier, and needs to be manned properly at the hours that are displayed on the door. The guest band was given the bar as a space to rehearse and we couldn't make noise at all without being reminded to be quiet...

Séjour très agréable avec un personnel à l’écoute. À refaire.

Le personnel était vraiment compétent et d’une grande gentillesse. La piscine était nettoyée tous les matins. L’emplacement était super à quelque pas de la mer et la piscine avait vue sur la plage.

Je pense que ça serait bien de mettre un distributeur de boissons chaude et canette car ça ferait un plus pour les clients.

Tout etait très bien . Mais c'est vrais que le salle du bain est un peu hors période mais ca reste complètement operatiônel et propre . Il manquait juste un brouillard dans la chambre pour thé et café. On prenait le P.D hors hôtel. Cest dommage Il manquait aussi le clime dans la chambre mais avec la fenêtre ouverte, c'était supportable .

La vue … la personne a l’accueil qui fait de son mieux malgré les contraintes et les difficultés liées à son poste.. un grand respect pour cette personne.

Alors… lorsque l’on réserve une résidence avec parking et que l’on arrive sur place cela n’est pas le cas … c’est une première déception ( et je mesure mes propos ) . Ensuite, mis à part la vue depuis la chambre … que dire … chambre sale .. poussière.. TOUFFE de cheveux dans le siphon.. joints de douche moisis…. Etc …

L’accueil - j’ai réservé pour 4 personnes, adultes , avec table, canapé convertible, lit double et lits superposés, chambre 32 mètres carrés. J’ai eu une chambre pour 3p sans table, changement de chambre : à peine 23 mètres carrés , lits superposés dans pièce aveugle de moins de 6 mètres carrés , un placard. Pas de canapé convertible, salle de bain vieillotte. On nous a dit « en plus elle a vue sur mer « alors que j’avais réservé la vie sur mer …. Accueil pas du tout professionnel. Piscine vieillotte, baies vitrées sales, on voyait à peine la mer au travers comme sur les photos du site … J’aimerais faire une réclamation car le prix était cher compte tenu du désagrément. Merci de votre aide.

Emplacement idéal, mais communication difficile et ménage perfectible

L'emplacement de la résidence est parfait, très proche de la mer et de la plage, également à proximité de plusieurs snacks et restaurants donc idéal pour manger ! Parking privé très pratique. De plus, la responsable de la résidence a été très réactive suite à nos problèmes d'attribution de chambre (réception fermée à notre arrivée malgré le fait qu'on est prévenu de notre heure d'arrivée) malgré des problèmes de direction dont elle nous a fait part.

La communication avec l'établissement a été complexe en amont du séjour. En effet, j'avais fait la demande en ligne, lors de ma réservation, d'arriver vers 2h du matin car nous allions au festival des vieilles charrues avant, cependant cette demande a été refusée donc nous avons du faire un détour par Douarnenez dans la journée pour venir chercher la clé de la chambre. A notre arrivée, la responsable de l'hôtel nous a dit que cela aurait pu être possible de récupérer les clés dans la nuit via une boite à clé. Enfin, il restait du sable dans la chambre et la salle de bain quand nous sommes arrivées...

Un très bon séjour à Douarnenez

L'emplacement était fabuleux, la proximité directe avec l'océan est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse et confortable. L'ensemble de la résidence et des équipement mériteraient une rénovation et un coup de modernité. Le quartier est très sympa et pas loin du centre avec de bons restaurants.
