About this house rental
One of two modern villas located on the southern side of Rarotonga in the district of Titikaveka and just across the road from a beautiful and private part of the beach that is excellent for swimming and snorkelling. The home is on the main road so there will be some traffic noise.
Each Villa has two bedrooms the first with a queen size bed and the second two singles ideal for a family of four or two couples. The villa’s are screened and have fans for your comfort.
A nicely finished open plan kitchen and living area features a gas cook-top, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric fry pan, blender (for those tropical fruit smoothies) and coffee plunger in the kitchen and TV, VCR and a radio/cassette/CD player for you to play your music on in the lounge. There is also a dining room table and chairs.
This open plan area extends out onto a covered verandah where outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue are located for you to sear your fresh tuna and sip your evening cocktails.
A tiled bathroom with shower and vanity completes the house and there is a washing machine for your laundry needs.

Property was clean and had all of the amenities you need to enable you to cook if you choose. Great for 3 people throughly enjoyed our stay great little jem of a place to stay at of you don't mind being away from the bars. Need to have your own transportation if your staying here.

Great location, and although on the main road it didnt bother us as we were out all day. Just across the road from the beach and an 8min walk to Wigmores supermarket. Generally very clean, apart from a couple of kitchen bags of rubbish just left outside the side door, from.previous user, and half a container of ice cream which looked like it had been in the freezer for a while. Great to have use of a washing machine and full clothes line outside to dry clothes and towels. Wasn't able to find an iron in the unit though.

Firstly we did enjoy the Villa. Location was good and had all that we could require. The directions for locating the Villa were not good and took us at least an hour once in the area to find the Villa with lovely help from a local. We asked for extended departure which Eddie said was okay. Having done most of packing and tidying we took a lovely last visit out only to find at least 4 vehicles with a house full of cleaners in our space that didn't offer us privacy to finish our showers and packing. Very invasive and ruined the last of our stay!!!!!!!!
