About this house rental
If your idea of a tropical vacation is to eat sleep and snorkel, Macs Shack ticks all the right boxes. Literally across the road from Rarotonga’s top snorkeling spot “fruits of Rarotonga”, Macs is in an ideal location for all things beachy.
Fruits of Rarotonga boast pristine waters, a deep lagoon (ideal for swimming at all tides) and lots of white sand. Here is also a bus stop there for getting to and fro.
The house itself has a good size covered verandah for outside relaxing. Inside is a roomy high ceilinged living area, with an open plan kitchen. Off the living area are the two bedrooms, with a queen in the master bedroom and two king singles in the other, there's also a single bed in the loung. The house is fully screened to keep the mozzies at bay.
The large front yard is ideal for kids of all ages as is the lagoon across the road. Macs Shack is ideal for a family needing to play in the sun, and considering its location is extremely well priced.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mac’s Shack. It was close to the beach and bus stop, not far to walk to Charlie’s. We enjoyed relaxed mornings with the chooks over breakfast outside and BBQd our some of our own meals on the lovely Weber. Clean and comfortable, spacious- great shower

Perfect for what we needed. Quiet beach across the road. Lots of space outside. No negatives really just that there is no free wifi as stated. Great value. Would have no issue recommending Macs Shack

We love Titikaveka but feel Mack's Shack needs to update some appliances. The manager did replace the toaster while we were there but the hairdryer didn't work and the fridge badly needed replacing. Having said that we will come back again for another relaxing holiday.
