The snorkeling out front was fantastic. The house/unit was down on the south of Raro which was central & quiet. It was well equipped with bbq, towels, large fridge, mozzie coils & out door setting + beach chairs.
Unfortunately no fly screens (or A/C but no biggie) or screen doors; even 1 or 2 windows screened would have been great.

We had the 5-bedroom house, which was perfect for our 6 adults and 1 toddler, giving us all plenty of space. All the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have King beds in two of the rooms and two queens and two singles available. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had two master rooms that faced the ocean, which was amazing. Two ceiling fans in the living area were kept busy during our stay and the bedrooms all had floor fans. Having the beach as our backyard was fantastic. The beach was safe for the two-year-old and tropical fish were so close to the beach you could walk amongst them! We snorkelled and kayaked off this beach every day of our 9-day stay because the array of fish was incredible here. We were also able to swim with a turtle most days straight out from the house! We found Stuart to be easy to communicate with and really responsive. It was the perfect location for the perfect generational family holiday, although we would highly recommend getting a rental car to get around so you can enjoy all the Island has to offer.
There are no insect screens on the windows, so we needed to keep the windows and doors closed in the evenings, especially to keep mosquitoes outside. Burning insect coils was 24/7, with Dengue Fever prevalent at this time.

Right on the waters edge with wonderful view, stairs to a swimmable beach, with a deck that provides both plenty of sun or covered area for shade and getting out of the rain and remain outdoors. Comfortable living area.
While the beachfront view and access was outstanding, the apartment was a mere 3-4 meters from the island's main road. The road condition in this region was poor, making sleep very difficult as every car, truck, bus, and motorcycle labored and rattled driving by. Bring your ear plugs and noise canceling headphones for sleeping and enjoy all the positive vibes on the property's beach-side. Locks on the apartment should be replaced.
