Great little home away from home. Great location but away from the hustle and bustle a little bit. Clean and perfect for a little or larger family.
Not properties fault but a very very friendly dog next door who was a bit jumpy at first. But tough on our 3 year old who wanted to run around outside. By the 4th day she had settled down. Friendly but a bit jumpy.

Beds were very comfortable.
The dogs and cat. Dog pooped on outdoor furniture next to front sliding door. Team were great though, notified them of issue, I arrived back to accomodation and poop was cleaned. As much as i adore animals, having unwanted extra guests around wasn’t ideal. Guests: please refrain from feeding dogs or cat, it creates unnecessary behaviour from animals when other guests visit.

Quiet and just a short walk to the beach or cafe. Porch provided shade in the afternoon which was nice. Bed was comfortable. We are a couple but there are 2 bedrooms and a reasonable lounge so it would be good for a small family. We enjoyed the baby goat on the property before the driveway...so cute.
Bed linen and towels all looked old, grey and stained. I called Liana and she arranged for some better looking linen to be brought. The toilet seat was broken and appeared to be the wrong model because it was couple inches short of the porcelain base. Liana arranged for it to be resecured with new fittings but it still felt uncomfortable to use with so much porcelain in front. The dining table and coffee table are both cane with glass top over cane cavity but both have accumulated dust and debris which together with humidity is actually black in places so that was unpleasant. Grubby marks around door handles etc. Garden seats had green mildew so couldn't be used. So lack of cleanliness and maintenance was an issue for us. The property needs a sign as it was hard to find the first time. For anyone else, currently you can go to the left where you see the villa Maria sign. Also the safe couldn't be used because it wouldn't lock, even when we were given keys, the bars or locking pins didn't extend long enough to lock the safe. We showed the cleaner the problem who gave us the keys.
