TeRito Lagoon Villas

In terms of value for money - this place was so substantially better than its luxury neighbours, that we felt extremely lucky to be there and now, to have stayed. Was beautifully clean. If you like a bath - this place had the biggest/deepest bath you could want (not a spa). Photos in general don't do the place justice. Absolutely lovely. Couldn't be in a better location. Heaps of towels provided, also washing powder - all lovely to make it easy to take very little on holiday. My partner and I kept looking at the place nextdoor that cost three or four times more per night, and thinking how lucky we were!

I think other reviewers have mentioned that bug barriers (i.e., screens) were inadequate; definitely gaps in doors and screens weren't attached properly. To me this really matters as I've previously had a really serious case of Dengue Fever (acquired elsewhere). It'd be nice if there was a newer/comfier sofa, but it was adequate, and if I were going to rate this property only on value for money, it'd be a clear winner.

Great beachfront location and close to store

La ubicación es excelente, frente al mar.

El apartamento necesita algo de reforma. Es verdad que está en plena naturaleza pero hay demasiadas hormigas. Hace falta renovar parte de de las instalaciones (sábanas, ducha, bañera). No hay aire acondicionado.

The location was great with excellent snorkelling straight off the beach, excellent supermarket across the road from the villa. Michelle the host was friendly and helpful.

The villa needs some TLC - the sofa cushions were stained and looked dirty and so were the outdoor lounge covers. The fridge leaked forming a puddle of water in the bottom of the fridge and on the floor which I wiped up twice during our stay. Water in the shower took a while to get use to - it was just warm and poor flow.
