Its I think the usual in Rome - someone split actual larg apartment for smaller rooms (+batrhroom) for rent so internal walls and room door are paper-thin - it can get noisy with other renters in rooms in the same parcell.

The property was in a good location with easy access to public transportation (1 minute walk to the metro). The main train station was just a 10 minute walk away with access to the airport via busses and train. Having a balcony was a big plus. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responsive via call or WhatsApp. The elevator to the 3rd floor was helpful. The bed was quite comfortable.
The cleanliness of the bathroom (mainly shower and floor) wasn’t so good. The water flow in the shower was poor with rather little pressure. The water in the toilet would always run a little. Cleaning service only came once during 4 nights spent. The area gives easy access to exploring Rome, though feels a bit sketchy at night. No reception, host mostly not there.
