The location is perfect, 7 minutes by foot from Termini and very close to the Colosseum. The room was amazing, clean and comfy. The air conditioning really helped us to sleep well and rest for the next day. The breakfast is really nice and having a fresh cappuccino every morning was a pleasure. I wanna make a special mention to the staff Karen and Giulia. They are the sweetest people ever and made us feel at home during our stay!

Great location. Very close to the Colosseum and the train + metro which was very handy for getting around. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby too. Staff were top class as well, very nice and helpful. Overall, it was great value for money!

Good location and staff are great. My review is negative aside from the fantastic service offered by the staff.
We were in a room at the front of the building. Although we had a lovely balcony and nice view, Unfortunately it was impossible to get a nights sleep due to the traffic noise. I mean the room was literally vibrating. I did ask for a swap and, to be fair, they were fully booked so couldn’t accommodate this. But I feel like they should let you know if you’re going to be kept awake by traffic noise.
Additionally, although the property is very clean, everything is a little outdated.
Not good value for money given the lack of sleep.
