Location close to Roma Termini was a huge plus. Room was spacious and comfortable. Host was helpful communicating but pretty hands off otherwise. All self-check in and out.
A bit of a complicated process to enter room through many doors and codes and keys. Didn’t realize it was a shared space with common room. Never saw anyone else but it was a bit surprising upon arrival.

Firstly, I would like to thank the host Vincenzo. Prior to even arriving at the property, Vincenzo was in contact to offer advice on travelling from the airport to Vinci House. When we arrived, Vincenzo greeted us, taking time out of his day to highlight some recommended areas in Rome. We cannot speak highly enough of Vincenzo! The room itself was clean, comfortable, air conditioned and in a fantastic location. Would 100% stay again.
Regarding the property, there is nothing we didn't like.
