Enjoyable

Seems to be Coming a Regular place to stay missing it Already well worth it. You should try even a week. It’s really well Kept too and a Balcony with Table and 2 chairs really Easy Going Owner she is especially helpful. Can’t wait to Go Back.

Very nice property but needs a bit more attention beyond a weekly clean.

Very convenient, spacious, lovely setting and ideal for two friends on a golf break

It was a little bit unloved - several lightbulbs weren’t working, the oven was dirty, kitchen equipment was a bit limited, there was only one large bin bag and minimal cleaning materials. The en suite shower drain needs a proper clean. Very slow drain away suggests hair blockage or similar. Most importantly, the boiler wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to re-pressurise the boiler to get hot water. Definitely needs a service.

We had a lovely stay and we'd have no hesitation at recommending and would stay here again.

Fantastic location. Gorgeous view from the balcony with the sound of the river below. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and livingroom.

Awkward to open the big secondary windows in bedrooms. We visited in mid summer so needed the ventillation but at other times of year I'm sure it's not an issue.

It’s a bit unusual with the Balcony but nice thought the flat looked a bit Tired, only because we have been 3 times. Still Good to visit

The location in the country was central for our Scotland trips. Each apartment has a parking space. The key box is next to the apartment door. All information from the hosts was detailed and quick.

the floors wewr quite Dirty commpaired to our visit in june, crumbs in cutlery Drawer a couple of we things like that, but still enjoyed our Visit.

just cleaning was not Anywhere near the Standards of our first visit in June.

A very pleasant stay, with lovely river views from small balcony area. A good base for touring.

The location was very good and lovely river walks into Blairgowrie. The apartment was modern and open plan.

A few small things to improve a few items. There was no hairdryer, which a property of this standard should have. A larger mirror in the main bedroom. Main cutting knives were blunt and need sharpening. Toaster was not working properly, and blue flashes when operating. Dishwasher needed rinseaid and salt. Windows could do with a clean.

Exceptional

Good communication with owners before & during stay. Property is well equipped and spacious for 4 adults. It’s located about 10 mins walk from Blairgowrie where there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars & restaurants. In the apartment, there were helpful features like unobtrusive ‘how to’ cards next to appliances. Much better than having manuals hidden in the usual visitors pack - but there was one of these as well. Great location by the river, effective sound-proofing & heating & Plenty of parking. The icing on the cake was the Christmas lights & decorations the owners had put up & the welcoming milk, tea & coffee.
