The property is beautifully designed

Everything was modern, everything that we needed was in the property ready for use. The hostess was very clear on instructions to access the property.

Great stay in Blairgowrie for a wedding. Host let us check in early to drop off bags and the flat was perfect for what we needed

Well equipped, comfy, clean and affordable

The apartment was well equipt, there was thought behind what was provided. E.g washing machine and washing powder, coffee machine and coffee pods.

The finish and decoration of the apartment was very... Rough. It didn't impact on the functionality though so we had a good stay and would recommend

Derelict, yes

Location

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. This apartment was in very bad condition. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. It appeared dirty just because of it's condition although it does need a complete overhaul. The fridge was dirty prompting me to wash everything before I used it. It appears that this apartment is used for storage. The area where the washer is is an absolute disgrace The windows were filthy also. There was nowhere in the shower to put toiletries so on the floor they went. The flooring in the bathroom and hall was ill fitted and dirty. I could go on but quite frankly it is not worth what I paid. The only good thing was the communication with Sam. I don't know if she was the owner or manager but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous.
