Great facility and a great wee town.
A great location for day trips to other places like Dunkeld, Pitlochey and Braemar.

The location was very good - close to centre of town for restaurants and shopping.
I needed the flat while work was being done on my own flat, so this worked very good for me as it was easy and I was still able to work from the flat.
There was noise from the take away downstairs which was difficult to sleep through as I had to get up early for work..

Not much really!
It was reasonably clean. Some nice touches, such as Alexa devices and pictures.
The property is up a very steep flight of wooden stairs with no obvious fire exit from inside the property. The windows only open slightly.
It is situated above a takeaway shop and the smell lingers constantly. There was also music drifting up until about midnight!
The property, while adequate and reasonably comfortable is in need of redecoration. There were no blinds on either the bathroom or kitchen windows. There was also a set of irritating flashing lights in the kitchen which stayed on all night and could not be switched off!
With a bit of time and money spent on the property it could be improved greatly although I’m not sure if anything can be done about the takeaway shop issues!
