Appartement très bien placé, magasin Lidl pour les courses situé à 200m de l’appartement, proches de tout, plein de choses à faire, porto est génial
Un petit chien dans la maison voisine qui aboyait souvent, c supportable, mais gênant quand on es sur la terrasse et qu’on se détend après une journée bien remplie

El patio aunque pequeñito da alegría con su luz y las plantas. Bien situado para acceder con coche y salir de excursiones, metro a 12 minutos andando.
La ventilación es limitada, es un semi-sótano por el lado de la calle, la segunda habitación es un poco lúgubre. Al entrar al edificio huele a humedad. Las escaleras de acceso.

There were no sharp knives to use for cooking and no fly screen on patio door. Otherwise excellent facilities

La pequeña terraza está bien.
Cuando llegamos, el apartamento estaba muy frío (el termostato marcaba 8°C), tardó dos días en calentarse parte del apartamento (porque solo hay dos radiadores y están prácticamente juntos). Además, había bastantes humedades en una habitación, el salón y el baño (el salón y la habitación olían bastante).
