Persönliche Begrüßung und guter einfacher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Zimmer haben viel Platz zum Bewegen, besonders auch das Bad. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut (allerdings nur in einem Zimmer vorhanden). Zentral gelegen, aber manchmal muss man auch eine steile Straße hoch, je nachdem wo man herkommt. Aufzug funktioniert gut. Die Terrasse ist schön.
Man ist gottseidank in der 4. Etage, aber die Straße ist sehr beliebt, auch nachts. Am Besten man schließt die Fenster zum schlafen. Gegenüber die Baustelle war tagsüber etwas laut. Der Aufzug macht auch ein wenig Lärm. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert (oder wir haben nicht gewusst wie). Jede 2. Nacht hatte ich mit Mücken zu kämpfen.

Die Stadtlage ist gut: Das Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften ist schnell zu erreichen und das Ufer des Douro ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und nett, es gab eine Klimaanlage. Kostenloser WLAN.
Leider gab es nur ein einziges Weinglas und keine Biergläser. Der Aufzug ist sehr laut.

La proximité du centre ville (restaurants et commerces) et des rives du Douro où nous avons flâné par un temps magnifique et rapporté de très beaux clichés photographiques. Soleil au rdv.

Bello l'appartamento, sicuramente molto spazioso
Pur essendo vicino a una delle vie dello shopping, la posizione risulta un po' scomoda in quanto non è vicina alla fermata della metro (servono almeno 8-10 minuti a piedi).
