I couldn’t explain how much I and my family loved this place, it’s absolutely stunning. Everyone was extremely kind, it’s peaceful, clean, out of all the places we have stayed in Japan this was my favorite. You guys are amazing.

Exceptional hospitality – The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Excellent local recommendations – Helpful suggestions for sightseeing, dining, and photography spots. Great location – Close to Mount Fuji with beautiful views of the mountain. Clean and quiet rooms – The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Thoughtful service – Detailed room instructions, helpful staff, and a warm farewell when departing.
