A lovely typical Japanese house in the calm village of Fujikawaguchiko. Situated in a quiet street next to rice fields and with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. We experienced sleeping on a tatami floor with futon beds. (Very comfortable!) The house is located 30 minutes by foot to Oishi Park, but you can also use the bicycles. They are in top condition and it had bicycles for everyone - kids, teenagers, adults. The pick-up and drop-off service from / to Kawaguchiko station was super reliable and helpful. The communication was excellent, we always received a prompt reply.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji right from the balcony! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, we also really appreciated the free transport to/from the station. The complimentary bikes were a massive bonus - made exploring the Lake Kawaguchiko area so convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Kawaguchiko area.
