주택 하나를 빌린다는 느낌이 들어 좋았음. 이번엔 사용하지 못했으나, 옥상도 자유롭게 활용할 수 있어서 친구, 가족끼리 여유롭게 시간을 보낸다면 좋을 듯.
5명이 숙박했는데, 의자가 4개밖에 없어서 아쉬웠음. 침대도 4개라서 4명까지 숙박시엔 좋을듯. 단, 2층에 침구가 있어서 5명이상도 숙박엔 문제는 없음.

新築の香りがします。
1階の寝室にベッドが4つ（間仕切りしてふた部屋にもできる）ありますが、加えて2階のリビング横の畳部屋に、布団を２つ敷くこともできます。
部屋はもちろん、屋上でもくつろげます。天気良ければ快適です。富士山の頂上付近が少し見えます。
トイレがフロアごとにあるのは便利ですし、2階のバスルームとは別に1階の寝室向かいにシャワーがあるのもありがたかったです。
特にありません。
強いてあげれば、部屋の鍵が１つですので、スペアキーを他の方に持たせたい方には、そこが不便かもしれません。
