Cheap price around mt Fuji area. Nice location.
Bidet doesn’t have functional. A little bit uncomfortable when using the toilet.

We were in awe when we first entered the room as it was very spacious. It also provides tatami, which gives the experience of sleeping on one. However, the room was so cold and the heater cannot manage to warm up the room (maybe because of the size since there is only one heater per room or the window cannot completely seal off the winter breeze). We told the staff, and the staff immediately sent us one more heater, which we were really thankful for. We managed to sleep, but can only go to certain parts of the room (the tatami one where we put the heater) and cannot go anywhere near the window since it is still freezing cold.
The good side is the staff were all so helpful. The staff helped in shipping our bag to Osaka using Yamato Service, and did their best in helping us with whatever we ask/request.
The facilities were quite old, and the heater cannot manage to warm us up :(
